Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at Somipo.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include all accessories, lids and inserts that came with it.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back with a tracked service. We recommend adding shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Please do not send items back before we confirm the return, as they may not reach the right address.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases we cover the return shipping.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee.

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing their original packaging or parts
  • Gift cards and perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made items, unless defective

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 additional business days to show the refund on your statement. The original shipping fee is refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it as described above and place a new order for the item you would like. This is the fastest way to make sure you get what you want.
