Thank you for shopping with Somipo. These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to every purchase made on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping is not included in the product price: a flat shipping fee of $8.25 per order is added at checkout, and the full total is shown before you pay. Prices may change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club cards, and Link, through our payment processor Stripe. By providing payment details you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method. Your card is charged when you place the order. See our Payment Methods page for details.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This email acknowledges your order; it is not our acceptance of it. We accept an order when it ships.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Us

We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of product unavailability, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we do, we will notify you and refund any amount charged in full.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You can cancel an order before it ships, as described in our Cancellation Policy. Returns within 30 days of delivery and refunds are covered in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please email [email protected] with your order number before contacting your bank. We will review the charge and respond promptly.

Billing Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.
