Payment Methods

This page explains how you can pay at Somipo and how your payment information is handled.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit and debit card, including:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover
• JCB
• Diners Club

You can also pay with Link, a faster checkout option offered by our payment processor, Stripe, when it is available for your device and account.

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is taken when you place your order, and only one payment method can be used per order.

Payment Security

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are not stored on our servers. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment-industry security certification.

Fraud Prevention

To protect you and us, we may review orders that look suspicious. If we need to verify an order, we will contact you by email, and we may hold the order until the check is complete.

Discount Codes

If you have a discount code, enter it in the coupon field during checkout. Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

Receipts

After a successful payment you will receive an order confirmation email that lists your items, the total charged and your payment method.

If your payment is declined or you see an unexpected charge, check the details with your bank first, then email us at [email protected] with your order number.
