Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. This policy explains how to cancel an order placed on Somipo.

Cancellation Eligibility

You can cancel an order only before it ships. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible.

How to Cancel

Email [email protected] with your order number and, if you wish, the reason. Our team will confirm by email whether the order could be stopped before shipping.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If we cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund.

After Your Order Has Shipped

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You can instead return it once it arrives, following our Return & Refund Policy.

Changing an Order

We are unable to modify an order after it is placed. If you need to change items or your address, ask us to cancel the order before it ships and then place a new one.

Discount Codes

If you cancel an order placed with a discount or promotion code, the code may not be reusable.

Orders We Cancel

We may cancel an order in cases such as product unavailability, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we do, we will notify you and refund the full amount you paid.
